After I have updated to version 2.4.13.0 for the Amazon US system,
I have not been up to retrieve my orders from the account. There is no
error message, but the orders do not show up. Thank you for your time.

We apologize for this problem. After investigations we have determined that only certain Amazon US accounts are affected by this error. In order to fix the problem, you need to perform the following steps:
- open the folder where your SellerEngine application is installed. If you don't know where it is, you can go to Start menu and find SellerEngine, right-click and select Properties, then click on "Open File Location"
- once you are there, open the \db\layout sub-folder.
- look for the XML file "order_report_itemmix" and open it with Notepad
- look for the line:
which is close to the end of the file and remove it completely.
- save the file
Now you should be able to import the orders again!
We will address this issue in the next version of SellerEngine Plus.
