Deleting Zero Quantity Items

NOTE: the 'Synchronize with Amazon' button is now replaced by the 'Retrieve from Amazon' button and you now have a tab for 'Working & Local' and one for 'Shipped/Transit'. The rest of instructions in the video remain unchanged.
