Condition Notes

Settings > Condition Notes allows you to define notes for each individual item condition, as well as defining Notes to apply to all conditions.

Choose from a list of default Notes or edit them to suit your needs. These notes can be accessed through the Receiving page when scanning items into your inventory.

Note: Notes saved under “New” will appear in the Receiving page only if you select New as the Condition for the item you’re about to scan. Notes saved under “Any condition” appear in the Receiving page regardless of the condition of the item you’re about to scan, as well as the notes corresponding to the selected condition.
