What fields can be 'stored' via file upload for future items being imported into Sellery?

If you are waiting for new FBA items to import into Sellery or creating settings for future Merchant Fulfilled listings, there are a few fields you can populate using SKU as your identifier that will be remembered upon import, even if the SKUs don't actively exist in Sellery at the time of upload.

Those fields are: Cost, Supplier and Lead time (remember that setting lead time only works for the Amazon.com marketplace).
