Creating Reports

Profit Bandit Plus offers three flexible ways to add products for analysis:

1. Upload a File (Best for bulk lists).
2. Enter Text Manually (Paste or type ASINs/UPCs one-by-one).
3. Scan Items with Scanner (Barcode/QR scanning for in-person sourcing).

1. Navigate to Reports

• Click "Reports" in the left sidebar.
• Select "Create New Report".
• Choose your preferred input method from the options below.

2. Choose Your Input Method

A. Upload a File (Best for bulk analysis)

Best for: Large lists (e.g., 50+ items). 

File types: CSV, XLSX (max 1,000 rows or 10MB). 

Required columns: ASIN/SKU/UPC + Buy Cost.

Steps:

1. Click "Upload a File".
2. Drag & drop your file or click to browse.
3. Ensure your file matches the template format.
4. Click "Upload & Analyze".

B. Enter Text Manually (For small lists or quick checks)

Best for: 1–50 items (no file needed). 

Accepted formats: ASINs, UPCs, EANs, or product names.

Steps:

1. Click "Enter Text Manually".
2. Paste or type identifiers (one per line).

C. Scan Items with Scanner (For in-person sourcing)

Best for: Retail arbitrage, warehouse scanning. 

Works with: Barcode/QR scanners (USB or Bluetooth).

Steps:

1. Click "Scan Items with Scanner".
2. Click "Start Scanning" to activate your scanner.
3. Scan product barcodes (UPC/EAN).
   • Scanned items appear in the list in real time.
4. Click "I’m Done – Create Report" when finished.

3. Process & Generate Report

• The system validates your input and fetches Amazon data.
• Once complete, your report appears in "Reports Log".
