The Settings page allows you to configure your Amazon connections, customize how reports are displayed, manage communication preferences, and access account and legal information.
To access Settings, click Settings in the top navigation bar.
General Settings – Amazon Venues
This section shows all available Amazon marketplaces and their connection status.
- Connected (orange badge) – Your Amazon Seller Central account is active and linked for this marketplace.
- Not connected (gray) – This marketplace is not yet linked. Click Connect to authorize it via Amazon Seller Central.
You can connect multiple marketplaces (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Germany) and switch between them using the Marketplace selector in the top-right corner of the app.
Why this matters: Reports, listings, and pricing data will reflect the marketplace you are currently connected to. Make sure you are on the correct marketplace before creating a report or publishing a listing.
Reports Settings – Column Visibility & Order
This section controls which columns appear in your report results table and in what order.
Column Visibility: Each column has a toggle switch. Columns that are toggled on (blue) will appear in your reports. Toggled off columns will be hidden.
Available columns you can show or hide:
- Product Details
- Sales Rank
- Price Breakdown
- Competition Info
- Est. Monthly Sales
- Est. Fees
- Buy Cost (Editable)
- Profit / Margin
- Restrictions
- Other Details (Category, etc.)
Column Order: Below the visibility toggles, you will find the Report Column Settings section. Here you can:
- Drag and drop columns to reorder them using the handle (⠿) on the left of each row.
- Use the up (↑) and down (↓) arrow buttons to move columns one position at a time.
- A Column Order Preview at the bottom shows the final column sequence as it will appear in your reports.
- Click Reset to Default (top right of the section) to restore the original column order and visibility.
Tip: If you regularly work with profitability decisions, consider moving Profit / Margin and Buy Cost to the left so they appear without scrolling.
Opt-In Communication
This section lets you choose whether to receive product updates and Amazon news from SellerEngine.
- Toggle on (blue) to receive communications.
- Toggle off to opt out.

Legal

| Privacy Policy | Opens the SellerEngine privacy policy in a new page. |

Account
| Item | Description |
| User ID | Your unique account identifier (e.g., EcsJS2itE4). Useful when contacting support. |
| The email address associated with your account, shown on the right. | |
| Logout | Logs you out of the current session. |
| Delete Account | Permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. |
